Villa Marija apartments and studios is located on the north side of the island of Korcula not far from the bay of Prigradica. This part of the island of Korcula is well known tourists destination. Quiet environment, the sea and the beach vicinity, unforgettable panoramic view, original Dalmatian landscape, picturesque sunsets are the reasons which make this part of the island of Korcula one of the most attractive apartments location.

The house is consist of 3 types of the apartments:

  • The apartments for 4+2 persons, located in the top floor of the house.
  • One big comfortable apartment with 5 sleeping rooms, located on the middle floor.
  • One studio apartment on the ground floor, suitable for two persons

The beach is just 20 meters from the house. It is a concrete slabs on the rocky coast type with a well designed approach to the sea. Natural features of the sea in this part of the island of Korcula are delightful temperatures and extreme brightness. The dept of the sea close to the beach is 1 meter minimum.

Prigradica, Korcula

Prigradica is a charming village with a unique Dalmatian pier and a few small pebble beaches. It is located on the north side of the island of Korcula, about 5 km from Blato, historical place , where many summer cultural events take place. Blato has and interesting old center, dating earlier than 14th century. It is the perfect destination to visit and watch the old sword dances or find some other entertainment (folk or popular music concerts and discotheques).
